Contribute
- First-hand, dated experiences and original images.
- Specific observations about shipping, packaging, weight, cure, aroma, value, and support.
- Corrections backed by a public source link.
- Clear disclosure of discounts, samples, employment, ownership, or store relationships.
- Respectful disagreement and reports of possible safety problems.
Do not post
- Sales offers, transaction arrangements, referral spam, or private contact details.
- Medical or therapeutic claims, dosing instructions, or advice to replace care.
- Personal information, faces without consent, addresses, labels, or private messages.
- Threats, harassment, impersonation, review manipulation, or undisclosed promotion.
- Copyrighted images you did not create or have permission to share.
Moderation and appeals
New and materially edited contributions are reviewed before public display. Moderators may reject, redact, label, or remove material that is unsafe, unverifiable, promotional, illegal, privacy-invasive, or off-topic. Repeated abuse can suspend an account. Moderator decisions and reasons are recorded; an appeal channel will be included with adverse decisions as the moderation console is completed.
Store representatives may participate only through a verified, clearly labelled role. They cannot rewrite community reviews.
