Customer service is lacking

I ordered a pen from Pot Cargo 3 days ago and it’s still processing, have tried reaching out to Customer service to see what’s going on as they generally have same day delivery option and I’m not getting any response. Very frustrating.

Cherry Titties - February

These buds are amazingly beautiful covered in insane crystals and dark purples with green hues. The smell is heavy fruity/sweetness followed by classic dank kush. The potency is incredible - had me manually breathing and blinking for a solid 2 hours. 9.4/10.

Premium Flower - February 2026

Ordered the premium flower mix and wasn't disappointed. Buds are dense and frosty with a mix of green and purple tones. The smell is pungent and dank with sweet undertones. Smoke is smooth with good flavour translation. The high is balanced between head and body, perfect for evening use. Solid quality for the price. 8.5/10.

Cotton Candy - February

Huge dense buds covered in light and dark greens with light purples and orange hairs. Potency was great with a nice sense of calm and happiness. The burn was great with solid white ash. Sweet candy-like terps that are true to the name. 8.8/10.

Concentrate Sampler

Got the concentrate sampler to try different options. Included shatter, live resin, and budder. All three were quality - clean, flavourful, and potent. The live resin was the standout with amazing terp preservation. Great way to figure out what you like without committing to full grams of each.

Gods Green Crack - February

The size of these nugs stood out - hefty, almost cylindrical with real length and density. Way darker colouring than expected with deep greens and dark purple patches. The nose is herbal like freshly chopped wood with some sweet fruitiness. Got a nice focused buzz then everything settled into a calm body feel. Would grab again.

First Order - February

First time ordering from here and really impressed. The ordering process was smooth and the customer service was great. They answered all my questions quickly. Package arrived in 3 days, well sealed and discreet. Product quality matched the descriptions perfectly. Will definitely be ordering again. Excellent first impression.
